Tannen Law Group serves family law clients across Fulton, Gwinnett, and Forsyth counties from our office in Johns Creek, Georgia. Below is the complete service area, organized by county and city.

Counties We Serve

We file cases in three Superior Courts depending on which county the client’s address is in. Each county has different procedural posture, scheduling structure, and mediation requirements.

Gwinnett County Superior Court

75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville. Less formal scheduling. No 30/60/120-day structure. Mediation not required for temporary hearings, generally required prior to a final hearing.

Fulton County Superior Court

Downtown Atlanta. Structured case management with 30/60/120-day status conferences and pretrial. Mandatory mediation. 30-day discovery deadline.

Forsyth County Superior Court

101 East Courthouse Square, Suite 1007, Cumming. Generally requires mediation before most hearings. Less procedural structure than Fulton.

Calibrated to county. Each county’s procedural posture is meaningfully different. We do not apply a one-size-fits-all approach. The Fulton case strategy differs from the Gwinnett strategy, and both differ from Forsyth.

Geographic flexibility. Our Johns Creek office is centrally located for North Atlanta clients. Most clients meet via Zoom for the initial consultation. In-person meetings available by appointment.
